"EVERY CHILD IN PHILADELPHIA HAS THE RIGHT TO READ"

WHY READING SPACES EVERYWHERE?

Reading at grade-level by the end of 3rd grade is one of the most important benchmarks we have towards ensuring a child's success throughout their lifetime. Reading Spaces Everywhere is one small but important brick in the entire wall of support that Mt. Airy CDC, along with invested, elected officials like Senator Haywood, are gradually building in the hopes of creating proven, scaleable and replicable models for literacy rich neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia.
